Can I track the shipment of my item(s)?
Yes, you can track your order by going to the Order Status area on our website. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Do you charge sales tax?
If you are outside the state of Texas, you will not be charged sales tax. All deliveries in Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax on items purchased.

If I am local, can I arrange for a pickup?
Yes, if you are in the local Spring, Texas area (north Houston including Spring, Cypress, Tomball and The Woodlands areas), we would be happy to schedule a time and place to meet to deliver your order to you. We accept cash and checks for local orders.

How fast is your custom order turnaround time?
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks on all custom orders. If you need it sooner, please contact us after ordering and we'll try to do our best to get it to you right away.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional $5.00 per item. Your item(s) will be wrapped in our signature leopard wrapping paper and tied with hot pink ribbon. We can also enclose a gift card. Click Here to add gift wrap to your order.

How do I care for my tutu?
After normal wear and play time, tutus can become wrinkled. Hang your tutu in a bathroom with a hot shower turned on. You can smooth out with wrinkles from the steam.

How do I care for my Diva Tray?
Do not place your Diva Tray in the dishwasher or submerge in water. Spot clean only with warm water.

How can I remove my name from the e-mail newsletter?
You can be removed from the newsletter by sending an e-mail to remove@lavishbliss.com
